Sonic Box Studios specialises in the design and construction of high-performance music studios and creative spaces for producers, engineers, artists and audio professionals.

Founded by friends Richard and Luke in 2022, Sonic Box was created to bridge the gap between conventional garden buildings and professionally designed studio environments. The aim was simple: to create studios that deliver excellent acoustic performance, are built to last and look as good as they sound.

Bringing together expertise in architecture, construction, product design and music production, we approach every studio as both a building and a technical working environment. We work closely with acousticians and audio industry specialists, continually refining our construction methods, acoustic systems and studio designs to meet the demands of modern music production.

From dedicated home production rooms and writing studios to professional mix rooms and commercial facilities, every Sonic Box studio is designed around the way it will actually be used. Acoustic performance, isolation, monitoring position, equipment, ergonomics, lighting, ventilation and interior design are considered together from the outset, creating spaces that are comfortable, inspiring and technically capable.
